The Oregon Urological Society was founded in 1960 to improve the lives of Oregonians regardless of race, color, religion, gender identity, and sexual orientation. We are comprised of urologic surgeons, advanced practice providers, and practice administrators throughout the state. Together we strive to enhance the delivery and quality of urologic care through partnership, education and advocacy for our patients and members.
Men's Health Awareness Month
We are excited to announce that Governor Brown proclaimed June Men's Health Awareness Month.
President's Message RE: Annual Meeting
We are excited for the upcoming annual meeting (August 13-15) and seeing everyone together "in-person" for a great lineup of speakers and topics along with everything that Sunriver Resort has to offer for a much needed break.
I wanted to personally let you know that the OUS leadership continues to actively monitor the COVID19 gubernatorial proclamations and the CDC to plan for the safety of our members and company representatives supporting the annual meeting. With that in mind, although it is not mandated by Governor Brown at this time, we are recommending everyone wear masks indoors and be conscious of social distancing.
I'm looking forward to seeing everyone at the meeting in a few weeks in Sunriver.
