Resort reservation policy: GUEST ROOMS, SUITES AND RIVER LODGES: When reserving Guestrooms, Suites and River Lodges, a credit card will be required to confirm the reservation and a one night deposit plus taxes will be due at time of booking. Outside of 21 days this deposit is refundable. Guests are responsible for all rent and fees for the entire length of stay that was confirmed, regardless of the actual arrival or departure date. There will be no refunds for cancellations or early departures. HOME & CONDOS: Due to the location of the Resort, they rarely receive "walk-in" guests or short term reservations. When guests arrive late or leave early, their ability to resell the accommodation is minimal. Therefore, Sunriver Resort charges a $50.00 fee for any changes or cancellations made more than 60 days prior to arrival. The balance of the total stay is due 60 days prior to arrival date. The total reservation will be charged at the time of reservation if made within 60 days of your arrival date.
