NOTE: When reservations are made for guestroom accommodations, Sunriver Resort will require a deposit
equal to one-night stay and tax for each reservation. For homes and condos, Sunriver Resort requires a deposit
equal to two-night stay and taxes for each reservation.


Sunriver Resort porterage fees

Resort fee: 
In addition to the room rate, there will be a daily resort fee of 17.5% of the nightly rate which
includes: wireless Internet, access to Sage Springs Club and Spa, complimentary access to The Cove,
access to Resort swimming pools and hot tubs, access to Crosswater and Caldera Links, intra-Resort
transportation, self-parking and in-room coffee. 

Sunriver Resort Pet Policy:
Pets are allowed only in rooms designated as "pet friendly." A pet fee is required--$50 per
night per reservation (1.5% tax applies plus 0.57% Oregon State Surcharge). The guest is responsible for
any damage caused by the pet. A maximum of two dogs are allowed. Any dog with a history of
aggressive or dangerous behavior is not allowed. Pets may not be left unattended in the property. Guest
will observe applicable leash laws for their pet. Pet rooms are based on availability. Pet’s are not
permitted in meeting or event space.

​GUEST SPEAKER:  Una Lee, MD
Dr. Una Lee is Urology Physician Lead and Head of the Section of Urology and Renal Transplantation at Virginia Mason Franciscan Health in Seattle , and an Associate Clinical Professor of Urology at the University of Washington. She is subspecialty board certified in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr. Lee is an Advisory Board Member for the Pelvic Floor Disorders Network, which conducts clinical trials funded by the Eunice Kennedy Shriver National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD). An active committee member of the American Urogynecology Society and the Society for Society of Urodynamics, Female Pelvic Medicine, and Urogenital Reconstruction. She volunteers with the nonprofit organization Medicine for Humanity and travels to Mbarara, Uganda to partner with local providers and teach on the surgical repair of childbirth injury.

GUEST SPEAKER:  Matt Uhlman, MD
Matt Uhlman MD is the President of Washington State Urology Society.  He is a second generation Urologist practicing in his hometown of Yakima, Washington. He is married to his much better half, Missa, and is father to three wonderful young gentlemen - Gabriel (12), Cyrus (10) and Elias (8). After graduating from the University of Washington in 2005 with a degree in Bioengineering, he helped establish the first accredited simulation center in the United States (WWAMI Institute for Simulation in Healthcare). He attended Duke University for medical school, where he received his MD as well as a certificate in clinical research. He then completed an Urology residency at the University of Iowa, during which time he earned his MBA at the Tippie school of Business. In 2016, he returned home where he continues to practice at Yakima Urology Associates. He has co-authored over 30 peer reviewed publications and book.
